When am I charged?
Today, then every month or year on the same date. A receipt arrives by email each time.

Can I cancel?
Any time, from the link at the bottom of every email. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Is there a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason.

Do prices include VAT?
Prices include VAT where it applies. Business receipts can show your company name and VAT number.

Students and newsrooms?
Students and newsrooms get Paid at half price. Ask us with your school or newsroom email.

Can my company pay?
Yes. The Team plan starts at five seats, with one invoice and one admin.
