1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Carry newsletter and website, published by Carry Media Ltd (demo company). By subscribing or using the website, you accept them.
2. Not investment advice
Carry is commentary about markets. Nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment, and it does not take your personal situation into account. Speak to a regulated adviser before making investment decisions.
3. Free and paid plans
The free plan gives you the Sunday chart and the free analyses. Paid plans give access to every analysis, the archive and the chart data for as long as your subscription is active.
4. Payment and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices include VAT where it applies. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
6. Sharing
Your subscription is for you. Forwarding the occasional issue to a colleague is fine; republishing our analyses or charts is not, unless you quote briefly and credit Carry.
7. Accuracy
We take care to source and date every number, and we mark illustrative data. We cannot guarantee that every figure is complete or free of errors.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of Carry.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
